Original design hand-cut multi-layered paper sculpture. I cut this piece out by hand with an art knife and shaped the mosaic layer to give depth . The mosaic detailing is cut freehand with no sketches.
The sculpture layers are cut from black and cream linen paper, are offset with art board to give depth and shadow, and are backed with a floated watercolor painting mounted on white board.
This piece is triple-matted with neutral-colored matting in white and cream to external dimensions of 11" x 14".
