PaperCuts Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Woodcarvings are shipped in reused cardboard packaging. Papercuttings are shipped in padded or rigid envelopes.
In-stock work will be shipped out within 1-5 days from purchase unless otherwise noted, but I cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have a need for a faster delivery, please contact me before ordering so I can work with you.
