RETURNS
I am happy to answer any questions that you have before purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for changes of heart. If you receive a piece that is defective, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt so that we can make arrangements to get it repaired or replaced.


GENERAL
For most of my work, you will receive the exact piece in the photographs. For the rest (custom silhouettes, carved hardwood ornaments), you will receive a piece that is the same design and as similar as possible and this will be clearly marked on the item page. If you require exact piece photos before purchase, please contact me.

CUSTOM
I do custom work for papercut pet silhouettes and photo-real pet papercuttings. If you are interested in commissioning a custom piece, please contact me or check my Links for details and pricing sheets.

SHIPPING
US orders ship FREE!
INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped First-Class International. Buyer is responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.

PaperCuts Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Woodcarvings are shipped in reused cardboard packaging. Papercuttings are shipped in padded or rigid envelopes.
In-stock work will be shipped out within 1-5 days from purchase unless otherwise noted, but I cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have a need for a faster delivery, please contact me before ordering so I can work with you.
